Incredible Malay Noodles
In
Malaysia, Mee goreng mamak is lovely. Made with thin yellow noodles, stir-fried
in oil with garlic, onion, shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef, chili, Chinese
cabbage, tomatoes, egg, and other vegetables. Simple, amazing and the Malaysian
version is spicy!
